I got a call from someone claiming to be my local council, talking about an accident. Told them to not ring me back again.

this guy called me with some indian accent, first said he was from the council but then changed it to some other place i didn’t quite hear. he kept going on about some accident linked to my landline number. when i kept trying to get him to give me the proper name of his company, he just cut the call. quite dodgy if you ask me.
