This number rings me around 10 to 15 times daily. They dont say anything, just hang up after a few secs. When I dont answer and it goes to voicemail, I hear loads of noise, like loads of ppl chatting. Sometimes I hear someone speaking what sounds like an Indian language, and then they shout at me to f**k off! Proper strange behaviour.
