I couldn’t catch the company’s name, but it was one of those automated messages with a voice saying something like Holly, talking about a no fault accident. I told them I’d been in an accident before and ended up connected to a call centre, probably in India or somewhere similar. I kept the person on the phone for about 20 mins until I told them I’d already made a claim like that a few years ago. Then the line just went dead with a weird buzzing noise!

Not sure what the company was called, but it was one of those automated messages with a voice saying something like "Holly here" about a no-fault accident. I told them I had an accident already, and ended up on the phone with a call centre that sounded like it was based in India or somewhere similar. I just kept the guy chatting for about 20 minutes, then told him I’d already sorted compensation a few years ago. Then the line went dead, just a "click bzzzzzz" sound.
