He then began to recite various bank card details, claiming he just needed to verify what he already possessed, which I could tell wasn’t accurate, and I certainly didn’t share any information. I informed him that I was going to contact my bank, and I demanded he cancel any imaginary contract he believed we had, before hanging up. A quick search revealed that HDPS is actually a drainage company, so clearly, something was amiss.
