Initially, he appeared overly confident, but as I began to question him, his tone shifted to one of aggression and confrontation. Things got heated when, after discussing it with my wife, he outright accused her of being deceitful during our call, which led to quite a fiery exchange. At that moment, he then had the audacity to claim that due to my alleged rudeness, I'd be losing my discount and that he would proceed to withdraw £350 from my account for the upcoming payment. When I demanded documentation, he attempted to dismiss my request by claiming they were an eco-friendly company and wouldn’t be sending any paperwork. However, I was adamant that he was a fraud. He promised to send me something to prove his legitimacy, and I’m sat here, tapping my fingers, waiting to see if anything arrives at all. I instructed him to cancel whatever he thought he was doing, and he had the gall to inform me there would be a cancellation fee, maintaining an air of aggression throughout our interaction, as if he had absolute power to take my money regardless of my objections. What’s particularly alarming is that he had my full name, my address, my wife's name, and even the last four digits of her card. It's crucial to be wary of this number; if you happen across it, do keep a vigilant eye on your bank statements and swiftly contest any suspicious transactions that may appear. This is a very dodgy situation indeed.
