I got a call on my mobile but when I tried to answer, there was no one there.

I got a call claiming to be from EDF about recommissioning my smart meter. It seemed legit because they even quoted my address and account number. We set up an appointment, but no one turned up. When I rang EDF to check, they said it wasn’t their doing. I tried calling the number back, but nobody picked up. The caller said the company was “The Positive Group”. Honestly, don’t bother answering or calling back - just hang up straight away!
