They rang me about an Audi service I was clueless about, especially since I’d already filled out an online survey. You’d think they’d have my reg number handy, but they claimed it wasn’t showing up on their system. Same with the fact I’ve got a service plan - apparently that info wasn’t available either. On top of that, they spoke so quickly it was impossible to catch what they were actually trying to say. Proper frustrating.

I got a call but nobody said a thing, then about five minutes later I got another one saying my account was hacked or something dodgy like that. Total spam!
