They said we had some kind of insurance for electrical stuff that was free for the first two years, but now we had to pay for the next two. I told them we never signed up for anything like that. They claimed they already had my card details and would charge it anyway. When I warned them I'd report it as fraud to my bank if they did, they just cut the call. Proper dodgy!

This caller always changes the final digit - I’ve seen it end in 4, then 5, 6, 7, 8, and even 9. They never bother to leave any voicemail. I’ve ended up blocking every single one of those numbers.

A number called me claiming I owed a last payment on a hire purchase agreement, which I've never had. Seems like some sort of scam to me, so watch out for it.
