Got a call from someone claiming to be Homecare, saying my last payment for the TV was due and coming out of my bank today. They mentioned that since I hadn't made any claims for three years, the payment of £360 would be reduced. They asked me to confirm if the card details they had were still correct. I told them I had no idea about any Homecare on my TV and refused to give any info over the phone, suggesting they send me a letter instead and to leave me alone. After that, the person began shouting over me, so I just ended the call. Watch out for these sorts of calls!

I wasn’t saying a word but could clearly make out a call centre from the sound of people chatting in a language I didn’t recognise in the background.
