Got a call from this number out of the blue. When I picked up, there was a strange lag before some guy with an Indian accent came on the line. The call quality was so rubbish, it was nearly impossible to make out what he was saying (maybe VOIP?). The number might be genuine because the lookup shows it's linked to Vodafone, which I use for my internet too. Still, it definitely didn't sound like the call centre was based in the UK.
