Got a call from a woman with a Filipino accent who said she was from a company named Advantage doing a survey. I asked where she got my number from and she said some third party service. Then she just cut the call.

I made it clear that I didn't have any outstanding debts, to which they quickly backtracked, stating they were specifically talking about my mortgage and could help with my monthly repayments. I reiterated that my payments were totally manageable and even shared my annual income with them. To my surprise, they terminated the call abruptly.
