I got a call from someone whose accent I couldn't make out very well. When I told them I wasn't interested, they just kept going on and on, so I had to end the call.

Got a call from someone saying they were with Energy Rethink, telling me the government had asked them to check in since everyone’s been at home more because of Covid-19. The caller wanted to get my name and address, but I was pretty vague with my answers. When I asked if it was actually just a sales call, they didn’t exactly say no. I told them I wasn’t interested and then they ended the call. After that, I blocked the number.

Got a phone call tonight from a lady saying they could do a free home energy survey that lasts an hour. She mentioned it usually costs £350 but that I might get it free, sounded like a bit of a sales pitch. I’m always sceptical about these cold calls though. She also said it was only for a limited time.

Got a call around 10:30 but they just went quiet and ended it straight away.

I don't usually pick up unknown numbers, especially late at night, but this one rang around 3 or 4 am. A few days back I did answer, just said hello and some bloke replied, which really freaked me out, so I just hung up. Then they rang again straight away, but I ignored it this time.
