Got a call supposedly from Carphone Warehouse saying my contract was up for renewal. Weird thing is, I’ve never even used them before! I toyed with the caller a bit, and then they tried to persuade me to switch my provider. When I asked who I was with, they said they couldn’t reveal it unless I gave out some private info first! I cheekily offered them my bank details and then told them to jog on. Total scam alert!

About once every week, I get a call from this number, but they never say anything or leave a voicemail. I'm clueless about who could be calling.

I get calls a couple of times daily, maybe two or three. When I tried ringing back, there's this recorded message from the phone provider saying they'll get in touch again about my contract.
