I answered my phone, said hello a few times, but no one spoke at first. Then a voice asked if I was Mrs Smith. Since I'm a bloke, I just said goodbye and hung up.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from Re-Think Energy about a survey they said we had to do if our gas or electricity bills were over £55 a month. The guy kept going on about some government rule needing homes to have an energy efficiency certificate covering stuff like loft insulation, double glazing, and central heating. He said the survey would set us back around £350. The bloke sounded really pushy and annoying, so my husband ended up just hanging up on him.

Got a call from some energy firm, something like 'Rethink Energy' I think, asking if I still owned a place in the xxxxxx postcode. I told them I didn’t, and they just said thanks and hung up. Voice was a bit muffled, so not totally sure on the name.
