Watch out, this is definitely a scam!!! Avoid this number at all costs!!! I got a call from a man claiming to be Vodafone, offering to upgrade my SIM plan with the same price plus some extra perks. He even emailed me what looked like a legit new contract. He already knew my name, which made it seem credible. Then the next day, a parcel arrived with a new phone and Tesco Mobile SIM inside. Shortly after, he rang again saying there’d been a mix-up with orders - apparently, the parcel I'd got was meant for someone else and they had my order. He asked me to send that one back and said mine would arrive today. But when he phoned again later, he wanted me to confirm a security deposit that’d supposedly be refunded once I got my parcel. In the end, they scammed me - they ended up setting up a contract under my name with Tesco Mobile for the phone and SIM. Totally dodgy.

Had the exact same thing happen to me. They pretended to be from 02 and tried offering me that very same deal.

They keep ringing me non-stop, using loads of different numbers and always claiming to be O2. It's quite annoying and they just won't give up.

Got a call from someone called Noel, said he’s from o2 and could lower my bill plus get me a free smart watch or earbuds if I signed up today. The calls kept coming from different numbers though, which was a bit odd. I didn’t give him any bank info, but it was weird how much personal stuff he already seemed to know about me.
