Just got a call like the one the person mentioned on 14/11/2018. Pretty sure its a scam.

Got a call from some place calling themselves ‘South East Service Centre’. They said their system says my loft hasn’t been checked in a while. Total scam, honestly. There’s no rule that your loft has to be inspected regularly. Plus if they really have info about my loft, that’s a breach of GDPR for sure. The number’s on the TPS list too, so if they claim any kind of official accreditation for home improvements, it’s rubbish. Just scammers trying their luck. Blocked them straight away.
