This was a total scam, so I just went ahead and blocked the number.

Got a dodgy call claiming to be from British Telecom saying my internet was about to be cut off - they told me to “press 1 to keep it, press 2 to stop” or something like that. What’s mad is that the number showing was actually a landline from Chelmsford! Total scam, don’t fall for it!
