Somebody called saying they were from Microsoft support. I told them straight up that Microsoft doesn’t call people about issues. They were trying to say my computer was infected with viruses. Before they could say more, I guessed they wanted me to switch my PC on so they could get access, which I refused to do and asked them not to call me anymore. I hung up, but they phoned back a couple of minutes later from a private number. I told them once more to stop ringing me and then ended the call.
