got a call from some guy claiming to be from BT Openreach about issues with my internet speed. he had a really hard-to-understand accent and the phone line was awful. then he just hung up on me. about 30 minutes later, the same bloke called again from another number - 01255 658 748. i’ve blocked both numbers now.

I tried calling 1471 to see who it was, but I got nothing, no voicemail or anything. The number that called me isn't someone I know at all.

The person claimed to be from BT and mentioned there were issues with my internet speed. Then they just hung up suddenly without saying anything else.
