4 yearsOn Saturday morning, around 9am on the 9th April, I got a call from a man with an Indian accent claiming he was from some technical support team - couldn’t quite catch the exact company name. He was telling me there was some kind of fault and kept asking how many devices I have. I told him I didn’t see any issues, but he kept pushing for the device count and then just suddenly ended the call. I checked the caller ID using 1471 and the number was 01245 445659. I tried calling back a few times but it just kept ringing out. Ever since that call, my phone completely stopped working - no dial tone at all.
