I tried to cut in and asked him for the specifics of what he wanted, as I was in a bit of a rush. Instead of a courteous reply, he raised his voice and accused me of having a poor attitude before abruptly hanging up. Since it was a call on my landline, I found out that returning the call would cost me a minimum of 14 pence per minute, so I haven't bothered to ring them back to lodge a complaint.
