On the 6th of March, 2015, at precisely 11:13, I received a rather peculiar call from the number 01245 392526. The caller seemed to be searching for my husband and mentioned his name directly. However, he neglected to introduce himself, prompting me to ask who was calling. He identified himself as Richard, claiming to be from Renewable Energies. Sceptical, I pressed for clarification, as it certainly smacked of a telemarketing call, and I informed him we do not entertain such interruptions. To my dismay, he abruptly hung up. Intrigued, I decided to use the 1471 service to trace the number, only to be taken aback that the number was retrievable. I attempted to return the call, but after a significant wait, a mechanical voice informed me it was reaching out to extension 0000, before abruptly disconnecting. Quite the odd experience!
