Icm Research has been in touch with me three times throughout the week, and here we are on a Saturday morning. I asked them why they were calling. They simply said it was a random selection. I let them know that my number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service and was told, "Oh, but this isn't a sales call." I inquired about when I might be able to opt-out of these calls.
