I've had to reach out to Smile Publishing multiple times regarding their persistent calls to numbers featured on my website, which are registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). It's against the website's guidelines, you see. Each time I get in touch, their response is somewhat evasive, stating that these numbers are merely part of their database. I was assured that Gary Wainwright (01245 343664) would look into the matter and get back to me, yet, disappointingly, that call never materialised.
