Got a call from this number recently. The voicemail they left was pretty scary, warning about legal trouble if I didn’t ring them back.

I got a voicemail from someone named Matthew about a government grant, but it was clearly a recording. Weird thing is, I'd already had a call like this from another number claiming to be the same guy, Matthew, and the same grant stuff. When I looked up that number here, it had loads of bad reviews. So I'm flagging this new number as suspicious too - probably a scam. Didn’t bother hearing the whole message though.
