Had an unpleasant encounter with a rather abrasive lady who insisted on chatting with my other half regarding some store launch in Woodbridge that was supposedly a money-saver for him. She rudely remarked that she'd try to reach him another time, which was rather off-putting. It seemed to be linked to some energy firm, but she didn't bother to mention which one. And just to top it off, we're registered with the Telephone Preference Service! What a laugh!
