She told me they’d recently acquired the “National Renewals Database” and that since my panels were more than 10 years old, a legal check was mandatory under their “duty of care.” When I pressed her for more details about the company and what this supposed database actually was, she just cut the call. I tried ringing her back but the line was constantly engaged.
