They kept ringing our home phone but never dropped a message.

I got a call from this number earlier, and the person claimed to be from the Home Energy Centre in Norwich. I looked it up online, and it seems no such place actually exists. It was clearly a sales pitch, which I definitely wasn’t interested in. The number didn’t even have a Norwich area code. I told them I’d be reporting them to Trading Standards and to take our number off their list since we are registered with TPS (although that doesn’t stop calls like this). The caller said they were from Home Energy Service Norwich.
