I’ve had them ring me up a couple of times, saying there’s been some sort of security issue with my IP, like it’s been accessed from loads of different countries. Then they told me to press 1 to talk to some ‘engineer’. Not sure how they even found my number from my IP address, it’s pretty dodgy if you ask me.
