Received a rather dubious call today, supposedly from BT, claiming they had discovered unauthorised access to my internet connection, and that it was being exploited for nefarious activities. They were quite insistent on instructing me to hit the Windows key along with 'r', followed by 'cmd,' and then 'assoc.' Naturally, I was suspicious, so I rang up BT myself, and they reassured me that this is not an isolated incident-plenty of others have encountered this same scam as well. Just a heads up: if you see the number 01244941175, steer clear!
