I received a call purporting to be Amazon, supposedly verifying a membership charge. They prompted me to press 1 if I wanted to adjust or cancel the payment. I decided to block that number, as well as several others that rang me on the very same day, all with the same voice and identical message but from varying numbers. Unfortunately, BT couldn't provide any assistance at all. Every one of those calls began with 012********.
