Got a call from 01244 916678, never heard of it before. No message was given, so I’m thinking it was probably some kind of scam. I’ve blocked the number and removed it from my phone.

OK, this is a robocaller - tracking your caller id if you call back - ring back and when it says "Are you X", simply reply with NO, and they will remove you from their db. I hope. Think this is some insurance reminder from a company i asked for a quote from ages ago and they ring from a number of similar numbers.
