Got a call claiming it was about loft insulation or something like that. They rattled off an address I used to live at nearly a decade ago! Just hung up on them and blocked the number straight away.

They call almost daily with no explanation, probably some sort of scam or cold call. It doesn’t seem like there's an actual person on the other end. I bet they purchase lists from other firms and have no clue about you personally - you're just another number to them.
