I’ve had a right nuisance lately with these callers, insisting they have ties to the DVLA and the insurance sector. When I probed them about what "working alongside" actually entailed, the woman on the line from Liverpool turned quite unpleasant. I contacted my insurance provider, and they hadn’t a clue who these people were. Definitely a scam-stay vigilant!

I received a call from a bloke claiming he was from the Insurance Bureau, insisting I’d been in a car accident. Absolute nonsense! He sounded quite young and had a thick Liverpool accent. As soon as I questioned him about his credibility, he became really hostile. He just wouldn’t let up, insisting he was being truthful. In the end, I told him I was hanging up and promptly blocked his number from my mobile. What a hassle!

Got a call from some bloke named Lewis who was pretty pushy, asking if I’d had any accidents recently. He said he was from Direct Response UK but when I probed a bit more, he got all awkward and just ended the call. Seemed dodgy to me.
