Got a call from someone pretending to be from the Payment Department, saying there was a £500 charge for life insurance to Direct Line that I hadn't authorised. The story was the same old one about hackers sneaking in and me needing to transfer money to a 'safe account' which obviously is their trick to steal it. Sounds just like those Visa/Bank scam calls. If you're getting calls from these numbers - 01902 844468, 07984 794641, 07984 607536, 07984 687105, 07984 787872, 07984 693436, 07955 678668, 01509 267812 - watch out, it’s the same scammers doing the rounds.
