I got pretty suspicious straight away when someone rang me up saying they were from Sky.

Got a robotic call with a lady’s voice, really clear and proper English. She said it was from my bank but never mentioned which one exactly. The message said there were some payments about to leave my account and I had to press 1 to approve or 2 to talk to someone. I ended up just hanging up. The message sounded really convincing though, almost had me going. Still, I can’t see any bank doing something like that with an automated voice and not even telling you their name. Seemed off to me.
