A1 Plastics, truly a dreadful company when it comes to windows. Proceed at your own risk! I recently had some windows installed by them and the mortar seal is practically crumbling away! They've shown little concern for resolving the problem now that they've pocketed my cash. The windows were put in back in May 2010, and here I am, still trying to get it sorted out in November 2010!!

On the afternoon of Saturday, 1st August 2009, we received a call from a representative of a company based in Chester, regarding windows. When we asked them to identify themselves and the company they represented, they abruptly hung up. This has left us quite frustrated, and despite our efforts to return the call several times, we found that they have since blocked us.
