I got a call from this number but no voicemail was left. Normally, Chester area codes don’t start with an ‘8’ right after the dialling code, so it’s probably a scam. This is the third call I’ve had today from various numbers - some with Bangor, Bewdley and Chester area codes. It’s annoying and feels quite threatening honestly.
