10 yearsI got a call earlier today from a woman who said she was with TalkTalk. When I hinted that it sounded like a scam, she got super rude really fast. She started going on about some stranger “miles away” using our IP and blamed us for any trouble it might cause. I pretended to go along with it and asked what to do next. She told me to switch on the computer and wait for a pop-up window, but I just ended the call then and there. I’ve let TalkTalk know about it too.
