I called up MBNA about my credit card earlier and the customer service was alright. Not super fast but they did help me sort things out. Bit of a wait on hold but I guess that’s normal with card companies. Overall okay experience.

Absolute scam, had to block them straight away!

Just got a call from that number, but they hung up right away. When I tried ringing back, there was nothing but silence. I looked them up and saw loads of people - like 69 - had checked that number, all marked as neutral. Sounds fishy to me, like some sort of scam trying to trick people out of their cash. Be careful if you get a call from them.
