She insisted she was a surveyor working in my area and immediately launched into a scripted pitch about how "the insulation in your loft has likely been installed through some past government initiative..." It's not difficult to see what she was really after! Indeed, it was quite apparent this was just a ruse aimed at parting you from your hard-earned money. So, I advise anyone who happens to receive a call from this number to exercise caution.
