12 yearsIt’s become utterly ridiculous at this point. They’ve clearly got it in their heads that we’re not aware we’re trying to sort out a Debt Management Plan. We've told them repeatedly that we're not making payments five times over the weekend, yet they still don't seem to get it. Frankly, we're starting to feel like this is crossing the line into harassment territory. And what do they do instead? They start bombarding us with text messages-completely unidentifiable ones at that! Who even are these people? It’s beyond belief!12 yearsIt appears these individuals are having a laugh at the moment. They've acknowledged that I might be the point of contact, yet somehow, they just can’t seem to wrap their heads around it. We let them know that we didn’t make any payments over the five days of the weekend. It seems to us they've realised just how far this has gone, and what we consider to be harassment. Instead of dealing with things directly today, they've chosen to bombard me with text messages! (Still no clue who they are!)Submit Your Own Report (01244 681678)
