Just like the other reviews, they called saying they could lower my TV maintenance fees from £7 down to £5 a month. When they asked for my card info, I fed them made-up details and kept the chat going for about twenty minutes.

Not sure what that was about, but they tried to offer a discount on my TV bill and then straight away asked for my bank info. I quickly ended the call and later checked the number, which showed it was from Chester. I’ve blocked the number now. Seems like a total scam to me.

I’m absolutely worn out by the incessant phone calls - I reckon they’ve called us more than ten times! We don't pick up anymore, being elderly, it’s both distressing and incredibly irritating to have such relentless interruptions.

Got a few calls from someone with an Indian accent trying to chat about my telly. It was basically the same script over and over but from different phone numbers each day for around a week. Every time I said I knew it was a scam or told them I was recording, they'd just cut me off right away (didn't see that coming!).
