I got a call from someone claiming to be with Motoeasy, saying they wanted to send me a cheque for a recent accident. They even knew the date and the other driver involved, but when I asked questions, the caller got really rude. It didn’t feel like they were trying to help at all, totally unlike the professional approach I’m used to. I ended up just hanging up. I searched online and found Motoeasy is linked to cars but not to insurance or personal injury claims. I’m going to contact my insurer to find out if they actually work with Motoeasy before doing anything else.
