I can’t believe the cheek of them! They’ve not only declared that my credit’s in tatters, but now they expect me to fork out an extra £270 on top of it all. When I flatly refused, I was met with a torrent of abuse - “Sod off, you miserable git!” and threats that made my blood run cold. They’re still attempting to contact me, and I’m left hanging without the refund or even a proper deadline. What a right palaver!

They're operating under the name Instant Decision and seem to be conning individuals out of their cash by tricking them into purchasing pay safe slips at the PayPoint. They won’t accept card payments for so-called guarantor fees. Once you provide that code from the slip, you might find yourself with no loan and receiving increasingly aggressive and foul-mouthed threats. They’ve used all sorts of expletives, including the C-word, and even go so far as to claim that if you decide to cancel, someone will sneakily withdraw a few hundred quid from your account. Despite their failure to process your funds, they persist in bombarding you with further calls. It's best to steer clear of them entirely!
