On the 14th of January, someone rang, mentioned my name, and told me I hadn’t renewed my life insurance for this year. They didn’t say which company it was though.

There was all sorts of racket in the background, and the caller mentioned that my life insurance hadn’t been renewed. I swiftly hung up the phone without a second thought.

Got a call from a woman speaking with a really thick Indian accent, and the background noise was so loud it was hard to catch what she was saying. She seemed to know my full name and address though, and was pushing some kind of life insurance on me. Quite a strange experience!

I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming to be from some sort of validation company. When I asked him what exactly he was validating, he just kept repeating the same vague statement. Then I told him to explain it properly, like I’m a normal person, and cheekily asked if he was a bit slow. That’s when he just hung up on me.
