Indeed, I received a call from that number earlier today as well, and they didn't bother leaving any message.

Got a call from this number, it just rang once and then cut off, no voicemail or anything. Tried to block it but no luck, plus when I tried to ring back, it seems they don’t take incoming calls at all! Quite frustrating.
