I had a rather aggressive chap on the phone trying to convince me that I could claim back some money from HMRC for insulation. Given that I'm signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, I made it quite clear-three times, in fact-that I shouldn't be receiving such calls. It was quite bothersome, so I firmly requested he refrain from calling this number again!
