I warned them my phone was being watched by Action Fraud, who were recording everything and would deal with any scams, then they just ended the call!

I received a rather peculiar phone call from someone who claimed to have knowledge of my recent cavity wall and roof insulation work carried out by Miller Pattison. They insisted on coming by for an inspection to verify that everything was done properly. I suggested they ring me back later, but upon doing a bit of digging, I found out that this company was actually dissolved as of 4th February 2021. Should they attempt to reach out again, I’ll be asking them to provide their concerns in writing. I’m rather curious to see how this unfolds...

I got a call from someone calling himself 'Chris', saying he was from some Renewable Energy Database. He kept going on about how my home insulation could be causing dampness and insisted they offer a free inspection. The first thing he asked was how old I was, like that has anything to do with my insulation.
