Recently, we received a missed call from them shortly after registering on their site. Honestly, we won't be utilising their services as they seem rather lacklustre. All they offer is a way to print letters that you need to send to utility providers when you move house. We opted to sort things out over the phone instead. Curiously enough, we did take advantage of their "stop junk mail" feature. A big thanks to the earlier commenter for the tip about updating our phone number on their site. I think I'll have a bit of fun and change it to a premium rate adult line just for a laugh! 😄

We received a call on our mobile from this number and quickly tried to answer, but the call disconnected before we could respond. It’s baffling, really, why anyone would ring up about something as trivial as moving when we actually moved over two years ago and are firmly settled in. We’ve no plans to relocate anytime soon! Not long ago, we received a call from a woman representing Virgin Media. As it happens, the property I’m renting from September has shared our information with her, and she was reaching out to offer us a special deal on broadband services. Quite considerate of her, I must say!

When we relocated to our new abode, our estate agents hooked us up with this service, and to be honest, they only gave us a bell once, albeit rather early in the day. We’re glad we took the call, as the chaps on the other end were incredibly amiable and assisted us with everything from registering for gas and electricity to sorting out our TV and broadband. They even laid out what our bills would look like with different providers, which was a massive help and saved us the hassle. So in that regard, answering their call was definitely worth it. We registered with iammoving.com as soon as we availed ourselves of the Royal Mail’s letter redirection service. Subsequently, we began receiving calls from these individuals inquiring about updating insurance details, accounts, and whatnot. We clearly communicated that their services weren't necessary for us since we had everything arranged. In the lead-up to our move, we've been bombarded with roughly two calls a day from them. We’ve chosen to ignore these calls, but we'll be taking steps to delete our account information with them and reporting this nuisance to the Telephone Preference Service.

Honestly, we’re utterly sick of this wretched company ringing us incessantly. Earlier today, we scrambled to grab our mobile, thinking it might be something urgent, only to discover it had cut out - and lo and behold, their number was staring back at us again! They’d only tried to reach us a few days prior, and once more, we missed the call, finding it listed in our missed calls. What on earth is wrong with this lot, harassing people like this?
